Object of preposition adalah noun,noun clause,pronoun atau gerund yang melengkapi prepositional phrase. Untuk menunjukkan contoh object of preposition haruslah dalam bentuk prepositional phrase.

Contoh : 

1. At home

  Preposition : At

 Object of preposition : Home

2. With you

  Preposition : With

  Object of preposition : you (pronoun)

3. About what you said yesterday

  Preposition : About

  Object of preposition : what you said yesterday

4. Without Blinking

  Preposition : Without

  Object of Preposition : Blinking (Gerund)
